Led the initiative to digitize the group fitness sign-in process in response to declining participation and unreliable attendance tracking following the pandemic. The existing manual system allowed for inconsistent reporting and potential fraud, making it difficult to accurately measure class engagement. I designed and implemented a digital sign-in experience that streamlined check-ins, improved data accuracy, and modernized the member experience. The new system provided clearer attendance insights for internal teams while making the process faster and more intuitive for members.
